All configuration and maintenance can be done ahead of time with the easy-to-use VideoManager platform - so your workers can grab their cameras and get to work with minimal training and disruption. 

The camera includes dual microphones, a wide-angle lens and intuitive buttons ensuring that every interaction can be captured in high-definition from start to finish. All footage is stored and encrypted on the VB400 until it is redocked, at which point is is offloaded securely and automatically.

Important Information:

Some important facts to note: 

• In order to use the camera and download footage, the VideoManager software platform will need to be installed. This needs to be installed on your own Windows server environment. Most IT departments can accommodate this - we can assist with this installation but for an additional fee. If in doubt, please ring us.
• Each camera needs a licence on the VideoManager platform. This pack includes licenses for all of your cameras
• A single dock (charger) or 14-way dock must connect to a Dock Controller in order to upload video data to your VideoManager server. You can connect up to 6 x docks to the Dock Controller via USB. This pack includes a dock controller.
